DeviceMax has introduced a Self-Care Application that gets incorporated easily in the handset. However, it needs to be installed in the handset by the customer. This self-care application has been developed so that the users can resolve their problem themselves, rather than calling the help-desk for the basic queries. The customer can still call the contact center, in case the problem persists.
The main feature of this application is that there is no need to press any button for its launch as it is synchronized with the Operator's helpline number. As soon as this application is launched, the call will disconnect automatically. This application makes device a dynamic one stop shop for managing the internet service like: activation/deactivation of a particular service, ringtone, request for OTA, test the existing configuration settings and checks the handset specific details like: IMEI, IMSI, OS Version, Operator etc.
