A Smarter Way to View Your Entire Device Fleet – Inside the Devicemax MDM Dashboard

At Devicemax, we want businesses to have complete clarity over their device environment, without navigating complicated menus or spending time hunting for information.
That is why our MDM Dashboard is designed to give you all your important data, records, alerts, and device summaries on a single, easy-to-read screen.

The dashboard screenshot below perfectly reflects how simple and intuitive it is to understand what’s happening across your entire device fleet at any moment.
Here is a quick breakdown of what each section means and how it helps you stay in control.

At Devicemax

Managed Devices

This section shows the total list of all enrolled devices on your platform. It gives you an instant view of how many devices are onboarded and actively being managed through Devicemax.

Active Devices

Here you can see:

  • Active devices – devices currently connected to the internet
  • Offline devices – devices that are enrolled but do not have an active internet connection

This helps you quickly identify which devices are online and functioning, and which ones may need attention.

Available Device License

This area displays:

  • The number of unused licenses
  • The total number of licenses purchased

It keeps your license usage transparent so you always know how many additional devices you can still enroll.

Lockdown Status

This graph reflects the number of:

  • Locked Devices
  • Devices that have exited kiosk mode

It’s a simple visual representation that lets you check whether devices are being used within your set restrictions.

Updates Section

This section highlights key events that require your attention. Each subsection gives you real-time insights into device behaviour:

Critical Battery

Any device on the platform with less than 20% battery appears in this report.

SIM Removed

If the SIM card is removed from a device, the dashboard logs its details here.

Device Off

This shows devices that have their power turned off

Device Breaches

When a device moves out of its assigned geofencing area, it is listed here.

Hard Reset Attempted

If anyone attempts a hard reset, the platform captures it and updates the count.

Website Whitelisted

This shows the number of websites whitelisted on the DM Browser

The screenshot below displays the remaining two sections of the dashboard: Geofence Violators and Last 10 Notifications. We have provided an explanation of both sections below, along with the type of information each one contains.

Geofence Violators and Last 10 Notifications

Geofence Violators

This section lists devices that have violated their geofencing boundaries. Along with displaying details like date, user, and IMEI, the dashboard also provides quick-action shortcuts such as Unlock, which can be used for temporary work or compliance checks.

Last 10 Notifications

The dashboard displays your latest notifications, including:

  • App Installation
  • Critical Battery alerts
  • Kiosk Exit events

Any time one of these actions occurs, it automatically appears in this notification panel for quick review.

Bringing Everything Together, Effortlessly

The Devicemax MDM Dashboard is built to make your device management experience simpler, faster, and more transparent.
Instead of switching between screens, you get all your essential data—enrolled devices, active status, licenses, security events, geofence activity, and recent notifications—in one clean and intuitive view.

At Devicemax, we believe clarity leads to better decisions.
And our dashboard is designed to give you exactly that.
