At Devicemax, we believe that improvement is not a one-time activity. It is a continuous journey. Every update we release is driven by one simple goal: to make device management easier, smarter, and more efficient for our clients and their end users.
Over the past few weeks, we have introduced several meaningful enhancements to our Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform. These updates are based on valuable customer feedback, along with our ongoing focus on feasibility, accessibility, and usability. We are proud to share what is new.
New Reports Added to the Reports Section
One of the most requested improvements was better visibility and tracking. To address this, we have expanded our Reports section with powerful new reporting options that give administrators deeper insights into their environment.
User Login Report
This report provides detailed information about user login activity within the interface. You can now track the number of user logins, the devices used to log in, and overall login activity trends. This helps administrators monitor system usage and maintain better control over access.
Created Users Report
This report shows the number of users created under a specific admin account. Administrators can easily view all users created under their login, track user management activity, and maintain better visibility over their team structure.
Added Devices Report
With this report, you can view all devices added to the portal using authorized credentials. Devices can only be added by the Admin and Sub-Admins who have been granted the privilege to add devices. This report displays a complete record of all such
additions, ensuring proper control, clear accountability, and easy tracking of which authorized user added each device.
Assigned Devices Report
This report shows which device is assigned to which user. It provides a clear mapping between users and devices, helping organizations maintain accurate device allocation records, avoid confusion, and improve device management efficiency.
These reports are designed to give administrators full visibility and better control from one centralized dashboard.
Enhancements in the Account Icon Section
In addition to expanding reporting capabilities, we have also made important improvements in the Account section to enhance transparency and usability.

License Expiry Visibility
We have added a feature that displays the expiry date of the licenses added to the portal. Now you can clearly see the number of devices covered under your license and the exact expiry date. This helps avoid unexpected interruptions and allows for better renewal planning.
Multi-Language Support
We understand that our clients operate across different regions. To improve accessibility, we have introduced a language selection option in the User Detail section. Users can now choose from French, Portuguese, and Spanish. This makes the platform more user-friendly and accessible for global teams.
Layers of Security
Security is not just a feature, it is a responsibility. Protecting your data and preventing unauthorized access is at the core of everything we build. With this in mind, we have strengthened the login process in our MDM platform to ensure a higher level of protection.
We have enhanced our password policy to ensure stronger account security. Passwords must be between 8 to 15 characters in length and must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character. These requirements help create strong and complex passwords that significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized access. By implementing this structured password policy, we add an extra layer of protection to the platform.
Moving Forward
These improvements may seem simple, but they make a significant difference in daily operations. Our goal has always been to simplify device management while giving our customers powerful tools behind the scenes.
By continuously listening to our customers and refining our platform based on real-world needs, we are not just updating features. We are strengthening partnerships and enabling growth.
At Devicemax, we do not just build an MDM solution. We build a system that evolves with you.
