DeviceMax is a secure and the easiest mobile device management solution. It is available as both Cloud and On-premise versions.
How do users download/install the application on their mobile device?
As a business user, you will receive the app portal link on your registered email id to download the application. Similarly, your users can also download application from that link.
How does the free trial work?
Once you signup for a product trial, you get access to all the premium features of that product for 30 days. We want to ensure that you get DeviceMax working to your complete contentment, before we ask you for any fee.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and netbanking.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. DeviceMax is a pay-as-you-go service. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Support and Maintenance
Subscription licenses include upgrades, support, and maintenance for the subscription period. We recommend that you renew your product, prior to the date of expiry, for continued access to benefits like the latest product updates and support.
We recommend you to renew your subscription, at least 10 days before expiration.
Will i get upgrade for my version?
You are eligible to receive free software upgrades during the active maintenance period.
Priority Email Support & Live Chat
During the active maintenance period, you can send us support requests via email or live chat, for issues related to licensing, installation, configuration, and product usage. We undertake to respond to priority support requests within one business day. Even if you submit your request via email, we may call you back, if the circumstances and the nature of your issue warrant it. Our support timings are: 10 A.M. to 7 P.M. (Monday – Saturday)
Do you provide phone support?
If you require phone support, write to support@devicemax.com and mention your requirements. Phone support has a different pricing structure.
What mobile platforms are supported by DeviceMax?
Android only
How can I evaluate DeviceMax?
You can evaluate SaaS version of DeviceMax. It takes a few minutes to get started. Simply complete the brief Signup Form. After registration, you will receive an email with instructions.
In case you wish to try out On-premise DeviceMax solution, write an email to us at support@devicemax.com, and we will set you up.
What are the server requirements?
Nothing. We have set up all of that. Signing up takes less than a minute and you can log in and start using DeviceMax immediately after that. It then takes a few minutes to configure a device to connect to DeviceMax and you can start managing your device in minutes.

Due to business and corporate policy requirements, I cannot use the SaaS version. Can I evaluate the On-premise version?
Yes, it is possible to evaluate the On-premise version. You can send your request to support@devicemax.com
Where are your servers located?
DeviceMax servers are hosted on Redstation servers at multiple locations in the UK.
DeviceMax provides secure, top class, high availability cloud infrastructure.
How about data security?
You and your device’s access to the DeviceMax service will be accomplished via a secure internet link (SSL), and all of your data will be protected through our backup procedures.
What happens at the end of the trial?
At the end of the trial, you will be expected to initiate a purchase or your trial account will get disabled automatically. A DeviceMax representative will contact you concerning your purchase decision, or you may contact DeviceMax directly at any time regarding purchase or termination of DeviceMax.
Note: If you choose to cancel the trial or decide not to purchase DeviceMax, you will need to back up your stored data in the format available. DeviceMax is not responsible for any data left on the DeviceMax system.
I want to request an extension of the 30-days free trial period?
The trial period is for 30 days, but we will review extension requests on a case-by-case basis. Please submit your extension request to support@devicemax.com and provide your account details.
I am satisfied with the product. How do I buy it now?
You can purchase the product online from DeviceMax. Once purchased, we will make your account live with the purchased device limit. In case you buy the On-premise version, we will send you the required installation files, setup instructions, and license key.
